We are seeking a Support Worker who has previous experience in a caring role, and supporting patients with life limiting illness. They need to be a keen team player, demonstrate an ability to work independently and recognise their own limitations. NVQ level 2 desirable.

Essential for this post is effective verbal and written communication and IT skills
