The Human Dog Race is coming soon and this year the event will be held during July & August with the heats on different days. This unique, adrenalin-packed event challenges runners to complete half a lap of the greyhound track, dressed in dog costumes, with spectators able to place bets on their favourites to win to help raise money for your local hospice – Sue Ryder Care, Thorpe Hall Hospice. The launch night for the Human Dog Race will be held on July 22nd and run for 3 weeks. Doors open for the Greyhound Stadium at 6.30pm and the Human Dog Race will be the last race of the evening taking place at approximately 10.30pm. The races are designed to be great work nights out for the Human Dogs with unlimited free entry on the night your company races* and 10 free 6 pack deals (a six pack deal includes 2 free drinks, 2 free bets, free entry & free basket meal) for each person who enters the final to be used on the final night and unlimited free entry into the stadium on the final night. There are also plenty of corporate sponsorship opportunities available so if you want to advertise your business and help a good cause contact Emma in the fundraising office.
