If you want a challenge at your own pace why not join other like minded women and go for a 5k with a difference.
London, Birmingham and Liverpool are hosting individual 5k races with Adidas the title sponsor for the biggest and best women-only fun run in the UK. Whether you are running to beat a PB, running for the first time or just planning on getting round Sue Ryder Care will be there every step of the way to support you with fundraising, training and even crossing the finish line.
