Clearout Challenge

We need your good quality donations to turn into as much cash as possible!

On average one bag of donations is worth £20 to Sue Ryder Care which is the equivalent of a whole hour of care.

We challenge you to:

• Fill the Sue Ryder Care Donation Bags provided (or use your own bags to help us keep our costs down).
• Bring them into work.
• Complete a Gift Aid Declaration so that we can raise an extra 28% on your donations.

We particularly require good quality:

• Clothing (ladies and mens) 
• Accessories (Shoes, bags etc)
• Jewellery
• Bric a brac, ( glassware, ornaments etc)
• Books
• Housewares
• CDs and DVDs

We can collect furniture but we cannot accept electrical equipment or used baby items such as prams or pushchairs. Please contact your donation representative for more information.

And we will:

• Collect them from your site
• Sell them through local Sue Ryder Care shops (or recycle if we can’t)
• Convert the cash raised from your goods into essential hours of care
• Count the total number of bags your site donates and this will go towards your site’s fundraising target too.
