We care for people with end of life and long term conditions: Cancer, Stroke, Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Motor Neurone Disease

We are challenging you to join with us in some hairy fundraising events throughout Febru-hairy.

Why not...

• grow a tash or beard for the month
• wear a wig for the day
Febru-hairy• be sponsored to dye your hair
• sponsor someone to wax their legs/chest/back
• have a Jedward competition and see who can get their hair the highest
• have a crazy hair day

These are just some ideas we have come up with but the more imaginative the better. Why not involve your colleagues and have a day where you all wear a crazy wig and pay £1 each, or if you’re still at school, sponsor your teacher to wax their legs.

We want to know what crazy hair activities you're doing during Febru-hairy so send us your photos and you could make it onto our website.

Set up your fundraising page at www.virginmoneygiving.com and raise sponsorship online.

Febru-hairyAll money raised will go directly to help Sue Ryder Care continue to provide end of life and long-term care to people living with conditions including; cancer, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia and stroke.

Sue Ryder Care’s Febru-hairy month in February 2010 follows on from the charity’s successful ‘Tache for Cash’ event in November 2008, which challenged people to grow weird and wonderful moustaches and raised over £11,000.
