Registration - Every participant must fill in their own registration form. Sue Ryder Care is unable to accept any late entries as due to health and safety reasons we need to make sure that events do not go over capacity. We also need to ensure we have contact details for all participants in the case of an emergency.
Refunds - The entry fee for the Midnight Walk is non-transferable and non-refundable. Due to unexpected health and safety reasons on the day, the Midnight Walk may have to be reduced or altered to accommodate unexpected complications (for example, flooding).
Walking - Sue Ryder Care's Midnight Walk is a women-only event, and it's a walking event! This means that running is not permitted and we cannot allow any other means of transport (eg scooters, roller blades, bicycles, buggies). And we're sorry but for health and safety reason we cannot allow pets and animals, unless assistance dogs.
